Dream11 IPL 2020 has started from 19th September 2020. Since only hotstar owns the right to forecast, so there is no other means to watch IPL in/on mobile.

But this year hotstar is charging 399rs to buy its premium membership and enjoy watching IPL, previous years it was totally free. Tough you can watch in/on TV for free but most IPL fans prefer mobile than TV.
